interesting living colony near Hauptbahnhof. Thx Feinbild for the cool "siedlung" assets (need to do the horseshoe at Britz, eventually). Includes the 3 square blocks shown in the screenshot and the weird underground roads the go beneath them. Could easily be broken up and re-arranged for other maps. Feel free to upload improvements to this build as a "reply" (Upload child build) .. it needs more foliage and decoration for sure.
