All of the buildings and props that inspired the Modern City Center Content Creator Pack, exactly where they go.
A mod like "Plop the Growables" (or now the new RICO with the correct settings) is needed to prevent the growable buildings from de-spawning. "No abandonment" is also helpful if you don't want them to become abandoned. In this build, highest level versions of each building are used. You can use "Painter" mod to control the building colors.
