This is a concrete arch bridge design based on ones commonly seen in Scandinavia. The most famous and arguably scenic example being "Atlanterhavsveien" in Norway.
BRIDGES & PIERS CCP is required as this contains the vanilla networks that makes this possible. You will also need the NODE CONTROLLER MOD, for everything to look correct, and preferably also the NETWORK SKINS MOD, for removing the otherwise clipping street lights.
