This is simply the beautiful new Schloss asset by Jens in the right spot on my 2021 Berlin maps. This absolutely needs a build update with proper dectorations! The hof (courtyard) with its stage and umbrellas, the little nature areas in the front, the cobblestones, the long ramps near the river, the new U5 station, etc etc etc. So much to build!
Remember that you can toggle between the old castle and the new castle simply by renaming the building in-game!
